Missing the child you've never met
Right now I sit here missing the son I haven't even met. I know that our time to go is coming soon, but it doesn't stop my mommy heart from wanting my little boy in my arms right now. I see his sweet picture and want to hold him, want to tell him that I love him, want to tell him how much I have prayed for and longed for him to be home. So Jesus, please watch over my baby and please take us to him very soon!

I so know how you feel and we're so far from holding our daughter. Your son will be in your arms before you know it. I hope you hear good news soon!

We are continuing to pray daily and can't wait to see pictures of Evan in YOUR ARMS just about the same time we'll be holding our new little one in our arms!

Have been right where you are. So painful, yet, when that little guy enters your lives, it will soon be forgotten...the long wait! Kind of like childbirth! He looks great. You should feel somewhat relieved seeing recent pics of him that God is watching over that little guy! Praying that your travel time comes soon!!!!

Kristen forwarded your blog to me and I am so excited for you guys and will be following your journey as things progress! Adoption is so exciting but there are so many ups and downs in the waiting process as we well know! But it is so worth it in the end.
